When Rob started at Family Heritage in the fall of 2010, he was looking for a career with autonomy -- he wanted the freedom to be in charge of his own schedule, vacation time, pay, and opportunities for advancement. He was looking for a career with great people and a fun culture, and he was looking for a career that made a difference and had lasting significance.
He found these three priorities in Family Heritage! Rob loves the people he has the opportunity to work with and for him, it's all about them: having fun with them at work and outside of work, getting to know them and their goals and dreams, and being able to grow together alongside his team. He also loves the opportunity to make a positive impact and be significant in people's lives on a daily basis.
Fun Fact: Rob used to play poker for a living when he was in college!
